There have been a slew of forgettable Sonic games out since the hedgehog's late 90's heyday, but this one will be different. Sega promises that the new game hearkens back to the original Sonic experience that uses a blend of both 2D and 3D gameplay. Greatly improved graphics and huge levels arrive thanks to a new "Hedgehog Engine", the propriety responsible for his lightening fast speeds. Here's hoping that the game will be worth its weight in Chaos Emeralds.
