Heading Down to the Shore...

If you're going to the beach, try switching it up a little by not laying in the sand all day! Head down, sans cooler and beach towels, and enjoy the activities that are all over the boardwalk and the surrounding local area. Go-Kart racing and the boardwalk games are always fun, especially to release your playful side for a date.

Go-Karts

If you're sharing a car, bring a camera, because taking pictures of the wild look in your date's eyes while they drive like a maniac will make this memory hilarious weeks after. If it's a serious Go-Kart location, they might make you strap on helmets. This will make priceless candid shots. It's affordable with prices as low as 5 bucks up to about 10 each, and passengers cost only a dollar or two more. Remember, only the passenger takes photos!

The Boardwalk

The arcades might seem like they are reserved for kids, but really they are enjoyable to all of us. Play as partners and some games or against each other on others. If you're trying for something a little quieter, miniature golf on the boardwalk is always a good idea. This can be more a romantic game or a vicious all out battle for honor, depending on the kind of couple you are. If you're not low on cash, give the all the rip-off games a go! Instead of sending the boyfriend to win all the prizes while you watch and cheer, play each other! A little hint is that now that there are two of you, you're more likely to win!
