EyeToy series

A motion-sensitive camera mounted on the Playstation 2, the EyeToy captures player's movements and projects them onto your television, allowing you to interact with the objects on screen. Many of the game releases focus on mini-games which get you moving, but the version EyeToy: Kinetic push players a little harder, and offer a more challenging workout. Kinetic pits players against an unforgiving twelve-week program hosted by personal trainers Matt and Anna. Watch out for the lamp.

Wii Sports

Plenty of Wii games will have you huffing and puffing - like running with an exploding package in Raving Rabbids- but Wii Sports puts an athletic twist on flailing around. Exercise your upper body with rounds of boxing, punching and jabbing with both your left and right arms thanks to the Wiimote and nunchuck combo. Try some tennis matches, it helps to hop around like the real thing. Had enough of the tough stuff? Wind down with a few frames of bowling or strokes of golf, they're wussy sports anyway. The best thing about the game: it comes free with the system, allowing you to get right into "waggling" right out of the box.
