He started on the road to acting when he performed the Abbott and Costello routine, "Who's on First?" with his brother in a school talent show. When he was 11, he scored the lead role in the short film Chasing Daylight, which earned him a nomination for the Young Artist Award, of Best Performance in a Short Film.
In 2004, he landed a role in Mel Gibson's ABC comedy series Complete Savages, which is how he won his award for Best Performance in a TV series. On the big screen, he's appeared in Saving Shiloh and The Air I Breathe, which is how he found himself among the impressive aforementioned list of co-stars.
