With a new year of hot television shows and even hotter casts, stylists have had their work cut out for them. With viewers more critical than ever, the pressure is on to not only to make the characters sound good but to make them look good as well. Not that it is hard with the way the casts are looking these days. With actors like James Lafferty of One Tree Hill and Blake Lively of Gossip Girl, not much needs to be done to make them look good on camera. Here is a list of the top five best dressed casts on television today.
The Hills
With no stylist, this reality show is doing pretty well for itself. Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port started out as interns at Teen Vogue. They took the lessons that they learned there into real life and have not looked back. LC has even started her own fashion line. Frenemies Lo Bosworth, Audrina Patridge and the couple you love to hate, Heidi and Spencer, all have that tanned skin and cool California style. Though at times you might want to tune out the reality stars, you have to admit they've got style.
Lipstick Jungle - Amanda Ross
The three ladies of Lipstick Jungle know how to run the Big Apple with a little help from the power purse, thanks to stylist Amanda Ross. In this show it is all about the handbags. This show is based on the best-selling book by Candace Bushnell who also wrote Sex and the City. As you follow these three women weather the ups and down of life while at the top of their game, you will also be treated to Old Hollywood glamour, frilly femininity, polished chic, high heels, and of course, leopard.
