On this week's episode of Living Lohan, Ali wants a puppy. She really, really wants a puppy. For the first half of the episode we get to see Ali whine and carry on over how much she needs a dog. Despite the fact that Lohans already have five other dogs, Ali really needs another dog to add to the mix. She begs and pleads with Dina to allow her another pet, but Dina will not allow it. One day when Dina is out Ali goes and buys a small puppy. Dina comes home and sees the newest member of the family and screams at Ali for being disobedient and tells her the dog is going back. After more whining from Ali and some advice Nana, Dina gives Ali a 24-hour probation period. If she can prove she can take care of her new dog and her old dogs, Dina will let her keep it. Ali does everything she can for the dog; she walks it, feeds it, and cleans up its messes. Dina is so impressed by Ali's maturity and level of responsibility that she lets her keep the puppy. Mother and daughter share a big hug and all is right with the world again.
Later, Ali and Cody's big brother Michael comes home to visit from college. He brings along his girlfriend, Nina, whom the family all adores. Cody is especially happy to see his big brother and have another man in the house. Everything is hunky dory until Nina tells Michael that she wants to go home and spend time with her own family. This does not sit well with Michael. He wanted her to bond with his family the entire weekend. A big fight ensues and Dina ends up driving Nina to the train station. All the Lohans are fearful that this could mean the end of Michael and Nina.
From the puppy drama, to the girlfriend drama, there was just too much melodrama on this episode of Living Lohan. Listening to Ali whine is not only unpleasant to hear it's also annoying to watch. It's also irritating to listen to Dina refer to herself in the third person as "Mommy" all the time. Michael doesn't come across as fame hungry as the other Lohans so he might be more likable, even though his arguments to get Nina to stay were unjustified. So far the only real, true person seems to be little Cody, and maybe the new puppy.

Dina really aggravate me! Ali can't answer the door because 'she
doesn't have make-up on'? Wtf? Dina is all about outward
appearance, unfortunately. Ali wears way too much make-up and acts
really fake. Poor guys.
