The house feels very empty now that both Greg and Joey have left. The remaining roommates wonder who their replacements will be. In the meantime Will and Janelle grow a lot closer. The roommates, including Will and Janelle, meet up with other Real World Alums at a bar. Ace, and Paula are among the alums there. Despite the fact that they all have to perform at the improv club that night, Dave gets really drunk. When it comes time to perform, Dave delivers a less than stellar performance. He makes a promise to his roommates and his boss to never drink before a show ever again.The next day two new roommates arrive. They are Nick, an aspiring television host, and Brittini, an aspiring model. The roommates all have a good first impression of the newbies. Will immediately finds himself attracted to Brittini, and Brittini takes a liking to him even though she has a boyfriend. Brianna also bonds with Brittini and she is happy to have another female in the house.
Things between Will and Janelle really start to heat up and they soon make things official and become boyfriend and girlfriend. When Janelle goes away to visit her parents, Will and Brittini become closer and flirt nonstop. Will confides to Brianna that he has a crush on Brittini, and Brianna tells Brittini. Brittini, also feels conflicted since she has a boyfriend. She tries to get Will to admit he has a crush on her, but he adamantly denies it, and says his heart belongs to Janelle. He admits to an attraction, but swears that nothing will ever transpire. When Janelle returns from her trip Will blatantly ignores Brittini and becomes distant with her.
Dave gets the opportunity to do some hosting at the improv club. His first gig is a small one, but well received. His next one is much longer and he gets to do his own comedy. He has the whole club cracking up. He leaves knowing this is a career he wants to seriously pursue.
