The stakes are even higher this week as DeAnna goes to the hometowns of her four remaining bachelors. Her first stop is Colorado to meet Jesse's family. Jesse and DeAnna hit the slopes and he teaches her how to snowboard. Jesse feels more relaxed and in his element when he is snowboarding and that become obvious to DeAnna as well. At dinner, DeAnna, Jesse and his parents all get along famously. Jesse confides in his dad that he is nervous to let himself get too involved with DeAnna when she is being courted by three other men. His dad tells him to go for it and during a sleigh ride in the snow; DeAnna and Jesse share their first kiss.

The next stop is Dallas, where DeAnna will meet Jeremy and his family. Jeremy gives DeAnna a tour of the city on his motorcycle. When they get back to his house they look at old photo albums with pictures of Jeremy's late parents. Jeremy starts to confide in DeAnna about how hard losing his parents was. He reads to her a diary entry from the day his mother died. DeAnna is very touched and starts to cry. His brothers soon come over and they enjoy a pleasant dinner. They grill DeAnna about her intentions towards Jeremy, but she is able to impress his brothers and she wins them over.

DeAnna then heads over to Seattle where she meets up with Jason. She is soon introduced to his young son Ty and she is so touched by the father son reunion that she starts to cry. She immediately falls in love with Ty and they all have fun playing together at the park. They all go over to Jason's parent's house for dinner where she also meets his siblings. His parents are very welcoming and they even cook Greek food for dinner. When it is time to leave Ty starts to cry because he doesn't want to be away from his dad. DeAnna feels so bad for him that she too starts to cry. She realizes that she is starting to fall not only for Jason, but also for his family.
