I've been a fan of Mike Myers ever since he starred on Saturday Night Live. I think he's very funny and I love the way he always portrays different characters. Unfortunately, his performance in The Love Guru which he also co-wrote and produced was not one of his best.

Guru Pitka (Mike Myers) is a popular self-help celebrity whose goal is to teach people how to love themselves and to love others. In order to compete with his childhood friend who is now the number one Indian Guru, Pitka seizes on a chance to appear of "The Oprah Winfrey Show." In order to be on the show he must reunite Darren (Romany Malco), a Toronto Maple Leaf hockey star, with his wife Prudence (Meagan Good), who has begun an affair with Jacques "Le Coq" Grande (Justin Timberlake), another hockey player whose nickname summarizes his appeal. Pitka is hired by Jane (Jessica Alba), the owner of the Toronto team, to perk up Darren so he can play his best during the Stanley Cup Finals.
