On August 4, 2008 another Teen Choice Awards Ceremony took the recycled blue carpet with star-studded appearances that did not disappoint. Hosted by teen queen Miley Cirus, the night consisted of a dance off, lots of vests, rainbow-colored fashion and of course, surfboards. We had our own predictions as to who would walk away with one of those coveted surftrophys this year, but the answers were only truly revealed on Sunday night.
