
As you might have guessed, the gym is Obama's daily friend. Not that he has many hours during the day to spare for the gym, but not a day goes by when he's not working out. I'm lucky if I make it to the gym 3 days a week, and I have FAR less to deal with than him. His routine includes overhead dumbbell extensions (50 lbs.), tricep push downs, shoulder presses (70 lbs.), treadmill (15 min.), and stationery bike (15 min.) If that isn't enough, he even finds some time to shoot some hoops when given the opportunity, or do a daily jog of 3 miles. After all of this exercise, it's a wonder that you don't see one ounce of sweat on him when he's up at the podium. Of course, diet isn't enough to keep Obama in fighting shape. His diet incorporates protein bars, veggies, and almonds, among other healthy foods.
