OK, so we say this a lot, but we really mean it this time: this week's Billboard Hot 100 chart is out of control. Last week, we saw T.I. make a remarkable debut with his dream team track "Swagga Like Us" at the number 4 spot, but this week, it's nowhere to be found in the top 10. In fact, that song completely bounced back to number 25 after only two weeks on the chart. Not a good look for a song that had such potential, but nonetheless, this week shows even better debuts and shake-ups. Do read on.
