I don't know about you, but the words "exercise" and "love" don't necessarily go hand in hand. Truth be told, I don't mind working out, there are just other things I would like to do with my time i.e. take a nap on the couch. What I gathered from working at my local community gym when I was in college was that if you wanted to be fit and healthy you had to somehow fit the gym or a run into your schedule. Being the super organized person that I am, I put it on my "To-Do" list every day, well mostly everyday and if I can't make it to the gym, I find something else productive to do with my time, and hopefully it will burn some calories. Below are some of the ways that I "like" to do to stay fit.
