hahahaDespite the epic trollness I enjoyed the simplicity of old kiwi. I hate the fact the points I worked so hard for disappeared. Minus a few people I don't know anyone on here. We all evolve but this new kiwibox does not has the simplicity it once did. It seems too corporate now and the site has just become impersonal. Oh me. Happy New YearIt has been a long long time since I have been on this site. I used to be a regular, a veteran. I would log on several times a day. However, things started getting crazy on here with spammers, harassment, and just pure stupidty. More important, there were many things in my real life I was neglecting. So, toward the end of 2006 I chose to take a break from kiwi from a few weeks. And a few weeks turned into a few months, and next thing I knew it was 2 1/2 years. I didn't stay on long when I made my first return. In all, it has been 4 years since I posted anything significant on here. A lot has changed in 4 years, yet so much has stayed the same. I moved...3 times. Now I live in a house and I love it. I got married on October 10, 2009. We had a beautiful beach wedding. I was looking back on photos from years back and I was thinking about everything that has happened. But I just wanted to come on here and see if this site changed any. It sure has changed a lot! I feel like such a n00b YOI have good news. I got fulltime at my job with the shelter![:D] This is what I've been wanting the whole time instead of two part time jobs. I'm also keeping the temp job I have because it's only 1-3 hours 3xs a week. I want to make money to go back to school next semester. Ooh, I might have to consider moving in with my friend Dawn and her boy friend. They have an extra bedroom with it's own bathrrom. My rent will be going up $30 a month. It's cleaning for this chemical company. Not their chemicals of course just the offices. It's 3 hours a day 3 days a week and I can come in any time between 9 and 5. I hope to get a permanaent job someday. I had to take a pee-test [x(] but I am a good girl so no worries for me.
After I found out about the job I went to see Andrew and I washed my car in his driveway. We went to his aunts to go swim but the pool had a leak. His aunt gave us free movie tickets but there wasn't anything we really cared about seeing so we will save it for a later date. After that we met up with some friends and ate at Ryans. I love that place. I won't go into a lot of detail but most of the public boards are pretty well monitored. However, there is this one board in need of serious cleansing. For years people have been ran out because they were sick of the crap. A few people litterally think they own the board even though they do not have the authority to do so. They belittle others over the smallest things and are so arrogant they can't see through their own errors. Someone said "if they dont like how things are ran here then they shouldnt come", that's not how things should be and that is not how the rest of kiwibox is ran. I know a lot of people want to come to this board but they can't because of these few people. Floppies should DIEEEEEEEEE!List of responders Silent_Khayos I went to the Labor Department today to type up a resume. I could only save it on floppy. It saved fine. I even rechecked it. When I got home and put it in my floppy drive it said it was unformatted. When it I tried to format it the stupid thing said it couldn't be formatted and that there was no disk in the drive. I tried it both in the locked and unlocked position. I found out Gateway computers had a lot of problems with their floppies. I HATE floppy disks. I always have problems with them. They need to hurry up and die. I wish I still had my usb device but it got stolen. I'm trading my kiwipoints for that 500mb USB device. It may take awhile to get to me but at least I don't have to worry about those ridiculous floppies anymore since most public computers aren't upgraded to have cd burners. Omg. I'm seeing those ridiculous "Vote for me in Miss Blah 2006" contests and the selfish "I'll vote 4 u if u vote 4 me" responses. Those were very popular years ago and they're back again *puke*. People took them wayyy too seriously and some of the contest titles are just dumb sounding and pointless. I have a bad feeling kiwibox is going to be filled with "You must vote for me for Miss Prettiest Ear 2006 or I will die!!!" Blah. I rented a couple of movies. Tsosti and Downfall. I'll watch them tomorrow.  |
