Kiwibox didn't do much to inform users.  Not like how they use to email everyone with magazine updates and contest updates.  Or even a mass Kiwinote to all users.

It was pretty disappointing. You really had to pay attention on the MyKiwibox areas.  

 

Kiwibox will never be the same..the only people that came here were the oldies and now that everything is nothing like it use to be...why come back? The real motivation to come was the kiwipoints which is more of a reason to not come here. Goodbye kiwi!! It was a good 9 years here and I got NADA with my points...I never got the memo to spend them. Really goodbye because this place is lamer than lame. Not to be negative, but REALLY this place sucks.

Wait! I didn't get that notice!
I've been a member for 9 years and you are telling me that I lost over 32THOUSAND points!  

Wow...did not get the notice of that. Well, I've been a member for 9 years and yes you can tell by my icon, I'm old school. The site was getting to the point for just teenagers so I just did my thing of signing on and checking forums sometimes. Yes, I wasn't the most active/hardcore fan of kiwibox, but this truly pisses me off this happend without warning. Was it really that hard for them to send a kiwinote or email? I mean, those points took forever to add up unless you did the games and random other stuff. Whatever...another scam in our world of advertising and trying to get people to come to websites.

I used to like kiwibox because they were different than everything else, now its just a mimic of facebook or myspace, but a cheaper version that people are going to veer away from because we have enough networking sites in our faces that are better (facebook, myspace, linkedin). These new graphics are cheesy and I'm assuming this is going to be a failed attempt that's going to spiral down...way to go.  I guess this is my farewell letter of being on here for 9 years. Good bye for taking up my time with everyone elses. You guys really screwed up.

I never got the message to redeem points. So now I'm out like 98,000 some poiints? Thats stupid so with no points whats the point in Kiwibox its now like myspace and facebook, no reason to log in everyday.

I have a question.  Why the hell do threads have to be approved?!

I didn't care too much about everything else...except this.  I mean, come on.  Kiwibox is slow compared to other sites I visit...now I have to wait for my post to be approved?!  Well, that's annoying.

If you understand that points needed to be redeemed by September 15, then you should understand that no, you cannot have that flash drive as it is no longer available as a prize.

The announcement was made almost 2 months ago, and you had about 2 weeks or longer to redeem them for prizes. Unfortunately more users cashed in than what was anticipated so a lot of the prizes are no longer available.

Several users still have not recieved their prizes that they ordered.

I have several HUNDERED THOUSAND points, so believe me when i say with 40,000 points, you wouldn't have gotten much, and at this point, anything worth that amount is no longer available, even to those who ordered on time.
