I know a lot of us are still waiting on prizes.What I'm wondering is who is waiting for what, and who has received what, and when you ordered.I'm waiting for the make up kit and the shuffle; I ordered both on 9/10.I k/ned Mark about it..hoping I'll get a response.

wow this site sucks. i had 135000 points that they just deleted with out any warning I'm in college and work multiple jobs so I don't get much free time to check these sites as much. Talk about a waste of my life...they should have allowed people with points to keep them for like a year and redeem.  This is rediculous!

I just wanted to add that I too claimed a shuffle as a prize but have yet to receive it.  I did receive the other prizes that I ordered promptly (DVD and a few knick knacks for my little cousins). 

I have tried to get in touch with several people on the site who have assisted with things in the past but I heard nothing back from them; then my e-mail was wiped out whenever the site underwent the change (I received an e-mail to my gmail stating that I had a kiwi e-mail response waiting for me but never could locate it).

I saw a response on this website that said to talk to 'Bianca' so I guess that is what I will do.  I've been a member of this website for about as long as it has been running and I am especially hoping that the website comes through for me (us) because I have been nothing but loyal to it.

Talk about a classic case of I told you So. This site is NOTHING now. It consists of people talking about how shitty it is. So much for these people knowing what they are doing and trying to make money off of this site. I'm sure whoever bought this site has been losing more and more money on this site EVERY DAY. You sure don't know ANYTHING about business. Go back to school and try again... Until then why don't you put it back like it was and at least try to make SOME of your money back...

How "well" were members informed? I've been a member since 2000. I never got an email, or a KiwiNote. I hadn't logged on for a few months and now when I do, *BAM!* it's  whole new site. This isn't "KiwiBox" any more, it has absolutely no aspect of what KB used to be!! At the very least bring back the games. That was classic KB!

KiwiBox 3.0 is just a hallow shell of what used to be a great site.

I'm so glad I claimed my prizes long ago, and that I never put any money into the site. Have to say, from one site admin to another (granted, my website is on a much, much smaller scale, but still), this is pretty shoddy work here. If I were to change something really major on my website, especially if that something had any sort of monetary aspect whatsoever, I would make ABSOLUTELY SURE that I had done EVERYTHING in my power to inform them. I had no idea the site was getting gutted into the error-ridden shell it is today, because I never received an email or even a K/N about it.

And then to just tell people to LEAVE if they have a problem with it?

No.

I'm sorry.

Just no.

I saw something akin to this kind of censorship on another site, and guess what? That site is now dead, because everyone got fed up with being treated like garbage and left. I hope this is all some sort of plan to gradually shut down the site, because if you continue down this path, that is what will happen.

Listen to your members. Of course it's your site, and you're ultimately in charge; I'm not arguing that, and I don't think anyone else is either. I'm not saying Kiwibox should be a democracy. I'm just warning you that if you don't listen to your members at all and just keep plugging along with tunnel vision, pretty soon you won't have any. Trust me on this.

Just, please, consider that.

As for me, I will probably be slipping back into the woodwork. But as of this moment I must say I'm rather ashamed to have written any articles for you guys back in the old days, if this is how you are now treating your faithful members.

3 months is now upso we are in the same boat!

Since they ran out of movie passes and are not going to order more, I think we should get Ipods since they are sending those out now. I think that might start to make up for this :) I'll take a pink one...
