As someone who has had several jobs (Reporter, Associate Editor,Super KiwiHelper, News Editor, Section Editor) with KiwiBox. I must say that I am thoroughly pissed off and disappointed. I spent hours each week writing, editing, checking postboards, and posting news. And I did do it FOR the Web site, but I also believed I would be REWARDED for all of my VERY HARD WORK!

I agree with everyone else, particularly Fizzykiss - I was thinking the same thing - why didn't they pull that down? Well, if anyone is going to a college with a law school - I dunno how it is with your schools but at ours law students would work on cases pro bono for students.

I didn't have enough points for anything good either, but I missed the deadline anyway because I didn't find out about it until like, two weeks after it was over. It's absolutely ridiculous though for you guys who have done everything right, and you're still not getting your stuff.

I didn't reedem my points cause I didn't have enough to get anything good. BUTFor those of you who did reedem and will not be getting points that's ridiculous!!IMO it's a breach of contract--kiwi box initiates the contract by advertising you will receive free things when signing up and doing x, x, and x for receive points which you can them redeem for free things. Whether or not the prizes are free. And furthurmore, they then decided to change it and announced to recieve said prizes you must redeem by x date. As long as you redeemed by that date your fulfilled your end of the contract and wether or not they have run out they must fulfill their end, because you have followed the guidlines set forth in the contract. Redeem by x date! Unless there was fine print saying "subject to availability" they must fulfill their end.Just my 2 cents

"b) We are out of stock and cannot re-order anymore because the deadline has passed."This makes no sense.Just come out and say "upper management said no to re-ordering anything else".We redeemed our precious points for our prizes prior to the deadline. We waited patiently. We were never sent a note saying "Sorry, we know you ordered ____ but we're out of stock". We did everything by the book, who's deadline are you referring to?The fact of the matter is this, you said we had to cash in by that date, we did, you ran out of prizes and now you aren't allowed to re-order more.Just state the truth. Now, let's watch as after the drama subsides your member log ins drop significantly.

There was a huge deal about the points having to be redeemed by a certain date.Free prizes or not they should be held accountable for fulfilling those requests that came in before the deadline. Also on the main page they still advertise free prizes. I'm pretty sure that a lawyer would have a field day with all of this. Once they stopped the prizes, that should have been removed from the website, TOS, and everything else. This isn't the first time that KB screwed people over, this is just the first time that its actually affecting more than a handful of people.

Exactly BloodBerry! Kiwibox wasn't all about the points for me, they were something on the back burner. But we were always told we would get the prizes we earned with out points.
