Hello everyone. I'm sitting at work and working on the next software release we have coming up. Well, kinda sorta (meaning I'm kinda sorta working, not that it's a kinda-sorta release, lol). Besides that, not much is going on really.

Yesterday, I came back to my apartment from my parents' house. Nick and I met up with some other people and went to this concert at a park here because one of our coworkers (who has a really good job here) is in the band that was performing, and another girl who went with us wants to get a job at our company so yeah, it looked kinda good for her to go. The concert was nice and all, except there was nowhere you could buy anything to drink and it was hot, and it also drizzled rain some. At least the music was good, lol.

After that was over, I went to the gym and lifted weights, then I came back to my apartment and folded clothes and watched Big Brother 11. I really hope Ronnie goes home this week. He's extremely annoying.

Today, I've been at work. I ate lunch with Danetra; we went to Quizno's and then through the drive-thru at McDonalds to get the free McCafe samples they give away on Mondays (I'm considering going to another McDonalds when I get off to get another sample). Then this afternoon I went to Starbucks with Jamie, Christina, and Shauna, but I didn't get anything- I just went so that I could get out of the office. I'm going to the gym after work to do Zumba and Ab Blast, and maybe a light leg workout as well.

Well, it's about time for me to get off, so hope everyone has a great afternoon!

Good morning everyone! I can't believe August is here already. It seems like just yesterday that summer was beginning, and pretty soon, kids and college students will be going back to school. As for me... I'll encounter more traffic on my way to work, lol. Sometimes it's weird being out of school.

I'm going to the gym in a few minutes to do the Saturday morning Zumba class, so I'm going to keep this fairly short. I went yesterday as well and did another class, so I'm still going a lot, lol. Oh, and Danetra and I went to lunch yesterday and tried the new Quizno's in town; it was really awesome. We had a good time at lunch.

As for my weekend, I'm going to clean a lot, rest, and just chill out. I had such a busy weekend last weekend, so it's kinda nice to just be able to do nothing. I cleaned my bathroom last night and did laundry. Today, I'm going to the gym and then to see my parents, and tmorrow, I'll probably clean my bedroom for a little while.

Obviously my plan for a checkerboard month didn't work out, but I'm going to work on some sort of pattern for next month, maybe. We'll see how that goes.

Until then, I'm going to try to get to everyone's journals tonight. I've been a crappy subby lately, I know. I'm also going to clean. LOTS.
