I gotta find time to see Clay and my parents this weekend, not to mention lift (arms) and go to a meeting for church tomorrow. So needless to say, I'm not writing. Have a good weekend and read yesterday's real entry if you haven't.

Hello everyone. Sorry for the lack of real entries lately- I've just been busy at work over the last few days and Clay was here Tuesday night and last night. I thought it would come over tonight, but he hasn't. It's kind of annoying. He just shows up here. I mean, I don't have a problem with him surprising me or anything, but I wish he'd call or text me that day and let me know so that I could adjust my schedule accordingly. If I had known he wasn't coming tonight, I would've cleaned up a lot because my apartment's a mess. I get off work early tomorrow so I might do it then but I really, really want to go to the pool. I want to go to the campus pool too so I might pack my swimsuit and all and go there straight after work.

Anyway, work was crazy today. I had to wind up calling clients to get them to test user interface stuff for me (I work at a software company. I know, it sounds smart. It's really not). So basically I had to write up procedures and do screenshots, contact clients, send them to clients, etc. I've never done some of this stuff before and really wish my boss could've provided some guidance, but she was in her office with the lights out and a do not disturb sign on the door for almost the entire day. Fortunately Christina and Mark helped me some, but still.

I think I'm the only Technical Writer at my job who actually somewhat likes being a technical writer. Everyone else either hates it or wants a different job with the company. I mean, writing training manuals was never a childhood dream of mine (or anyone else's for that matter), but it's really not THAT bad. I mean seriously... it could always be worse. One of our sales people said they had a job once cleaning toilets at bar- now that's definitely worse.

Christina and I went out for Mexican today and it was awesome. Gotta love Las Palmas. We had the lunch specials because I had a coupon, but the Mexican pizza there is definitely the best thing. Oh, and Danetra and I had Quizno's yesterday and I ate my leftover Quizno's tonight and watched Big Brother, which was awesome because Ronnie got evicted.

Last night (Wednesday night), Clay and I went to Revolution. We had a really big crowd too. A couple more people have started coming lately so that's really cool, they're pretty nice people. I do like going and I'm glad that I finally found a good church.

I went to Goodwill today and bought a ton of clothes. I got Express dress pants there and other stuff that is BRAND NEW for like $4. It was totally awesome. I wound up spending $26 on 6 pieces of clothes, so I really racked up. Most everything is winter clothes though, but I got those two new pairs of dress pants which are really awesome. I'm going to wear them to work next week I think. So yeah, definitely a very profitable trip to Goodwill. We just got a Goodwill a few months ago too but it's nice to have a GOOD thrift store in Florence for once.

Anyway, that's it for now. I hope everyone has a great Friday and a great weekend as well. It's a Tax Free weekend in SC, but I doubt I go shopping or anything. I'm thinking about going to my parents' house to just watch TV and chill like I did last weekend... either that or just hang around here and clean, lol. God Bless!

I'm missing today because work was busy and I didn't get a chance to write an entry. I'll have a real one tomorrow though. I get off work early, anyway.
