I started work already so far so good then again all I have been doing is filling out paperwork. The paperwork is ridiculously hard- they need to do an extensive background check on me and need to know everything about me in the last 7 yrs. Like where I lived and then I have to put 1 person who knew me at the time I lived there same thing goes with schools I went to and work I had. and if you write anything on there that is incorrect or you fail to put something on there it will come back as denied which means you cant work on government property. So this is very important and a little stressful but not too much since im done with all but just have to put down the places I worked. Then I will have security clearance. Im so happy I have this job!! Government job is the best! This will open the doors to alot of jobs because of this experience which means better pay in the future. Anywho I will be working from 4pm-12am. Tomorrow though we have to meet up at 9am to do some walk arounds of the areas we will be working in. My bf is not to happy with me working those hours because he works from 630-5pm or so-- some days he does get off early. So the only time we will see each other is when we are sleeping lol and sometimes on the weekend. anywho thats if for now I am going to bed early I am tired! adios!

I love this show TRUEBLOOD on HBO its really good. I love anything with vampires. I havent watched a show this good with vampires since Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Anywho I should be going to bed soon but Im so nervous for tomorrow. I need proof of insurance for my car to be able to get on base and I cant find it and I called my agent and he didnt pick up so I have to wait til tomorrow morning to call him. I hope he can get it to me asap or else Im screwed big time!! Right now Im watching a show on TLC about a woman who was pregnant with a baby since 1975 or something. It turned to stone after so many years. Its crazy what the human body is capable of. Tomorrow I start at 1pm but I dont know if they are expecting me to stay for 8 hours or its just training and I dont have to stay that long. As long as I get paid I dont mind. My job shouldnt be too hard I know there will be lots of paper work since Im assigning housing to the soldiers should be interesting though. Well Im off to bed. adios!

Not much going on. The weekend was laid back didnt do much except yesterday went to a babys birthday party even though i have no children myself but my bf is her godfather so we had to go. It was nice though even if I was the only childless woman there. I just sat around and watched everyone else running around and holding their babies. Sometimes though it is a little depressing cuz a part of me is ready for a baby but then I remember how great it is to just get up and go where ever. Anywho its been raining all weekend, blah I dont like it much and its been very cold. Last night though my bf and I decided to go out to a fancy restaurant and eat. Its called Stanley and Seaforts its really nice and even though my money is on low I sacrificed it because I got that new job. After we got home I made myself a nice hot bubble bath with the new bubble bath mix I got its called white tea milk bath it smells great and feels great! My bf put on some of his romantic rnb music and things went from there. After all that romantic stuff we just laid down and watched tv til we fell asleep. So now here I am about to go to base so I can find the place I will be working at tomorrow. Tomorrow is the first day of my new job so excited!!!! I just hope everyone is cool and the job is cool. I will be writing about it once I get home. But Im about to be off I have to clean the house before tomorrow and Im cooking tonight got to get that started making Spaghetti-yummy! Im going to start going back to the gym again I was going and had a personal trainer lost 15pnds but then I stopped I got so busy with the job and now that I quit and got a new job I will start that up again. Anywho I must be off. So many random things in here. lol maybe I will edit this later if I have time. ADIOS!!

So today was a GREAT day!! Why cuz I got the job!!! WHOO HOO!! yay for me!! Im so happy now I am a government employee which will make it easy for me to apply for other government jobs since Im in the system. I am trying to eventually become a GS worker which is top of the line government job. Then I can move to Virginia and work on one of the bases there. Anywho so I start monday, one of the ladies is supposed to call me this weekend to let me know the details and my shifts. I hope the dress code is casual since most contractors on base are in jeans and a shirt that would be nice after 3yrs of wearing business suits. I had to take a pee test today the cup almost over flowed lol i drank like 2 bottles of water cuz i didnt know if I would be able to pee on command and then I held it for 3 hours to make sure I had to go really bad. I never had that test before I hope the girl doesnt tamper with it and mess my chances up. She didnt ask me any questions except are you on medication. I thought they would ask you- are you pregnant or when was your last period cuz that stuff may show up on there. Im not pregnant but I was on my period I dont want my elevated hormones to mess the test up and be confused with some sort of drug. LOL I dont think that would happen I guess Im being paranoid. Anywho so yeah exciting day! I was unemployed for almost 3 weeks! It felt like forever but now Im back to business! Again yay!! Well thats it- thanks to my responders. good night!

Not much going on today. Its raining outside. Yesterday went to a hiring event for the military they need contractors for 1 yr to work on post housing. So hopefully I get that since I was 1 of 2 that said they were willing to work nights and weekend. I went through 4 interviews yesterday including meeting the boss of the company not everyone got to do that so Im guessing I did pretty good. They need everyone to start working monday so they said I will get a call either today if not definately friday I should know. Its actually a good chance I will get it as well as the others that were there with me. Because the company is in a rush its crunch time for them and they HAVE to have operation up and running monday morning or they lose the contract. I will be so happy to get this job it will be a lot easier to get a government job later on. And I love working with the soldiers- grew up around them was an army brat myself and now dating a former soldier half my friends are soldiers. Anywho besides that not much else going on going to lay down and watch some tv. My anniversary is coming up on halloween it will be 2yrs since we met- its crazy to me how time went by so fast! I hope to have a job before then so I can afford something for my bf. But if not I will just have to cook for him and do something romantic make him a card or something. Anyway thats it for now, adios!
