Pregnancy discrimnation? I enformed my boss I was 5 months pregnant I could not lift any residents. She told me that was fine & we could work around it. So I began my job and worked 2 weeks the day before yesterday she called me in the office to tell me she was letting me go because I am pregnant and can not lift residents or if they were to fall I could not pick them up. I asked her was there any other duties I could preform or any way I could keep my job. She said No come back after you have the baby and we Palm Desert Workers Compensation Attorney will see about you coming back to work then. I reminded her she and the other owner had knew I was pregnant and said we could work around not being able to lift residents and she replied she changed her mind. Would I have a case?
