David Archuleta Makes Acting Debut on Nickelodeon

David Archuleta is proving he's got more than just some killer vocal cords! The American Idol runner-up will play himself in the Nickelodeon show, iCarly.



According to People, iCarly centers around a high school student, played by Miranda Cosgrove, who runs a video blog with her friends.

Archuleta will appear on the episode "iRocked the Vote" as a contestant on an American Idol style show called American Sings. His popularity on the show increases after iCarly supports him in her webcast.
