How can her family not know he's transgender? He a pregnant man! That being said, it seems a little soon, but good for them!

Good for him, good for her! Parenthood is a wonderful thing and EVERYONE has a right to it... Even if its the man that delivers the baby! haha... I love it.

We have only begun experiencing opposition from people who are upset by our situation. Doctors have discriminated against us, turning us away due to their religious beliefs. Health care professionals have refused to call me by a male pronoun or recognize Nancy as my wife. Receptionists have laughed at us. Friends and family have been unsupportive; most of Nancy’s family doesn’t even know I’m transgender."

Wow, that's amazing. They seem like very capable, loving parents and I truly hope that they remain strong. They are a family. I'm glad they're having a 2nd child because this means that Susan will have a contemporary in life that will be understanding and they'll be able to support each other as siblings.
