Britney Spears hasn't given up on love. The former Mrs. Kevin Federline says she'd like another walk down the aisle. "In five years I would like to be married and have a father figure for my kids, someone who is a provider and can be really stable," Spears says in the new issue of Glamour magazine. In another apparent jab at K-Fed, Ms. Spears says, "It's hard doing it on your own." But potential suitors, beware--Spears is not the wild child party girl you may want her to be. Even though she had an early birthday celebration last night at club G-A-Y in London, the comeback pop princess swears she's over that scene.

Maybe she needs to become stable before she finds a man to be stable for her kids...

ditto...but i mostly feel sorry for her. we all make mistakes and it's ten times harder to deal with that when the entire world is watching and criticizing your every move.

I feel bad for her, but its her own fault for being the way she is.

I've always been rooting for this girl and I've usually understood where she was coming from in a few of her not so great moments. But come on! Doing it on her own? Hasn't she usually had somebody doing things for her? (Kevin raising the kids, her dad in charge of her affairs) Now, I know it can't always be easy with the pap and tabloids constantly in her face, but when it comes to being a mother, I don't really agree that she's done it on her own-and if she has, it's only been for a short while. Try it without having a husband or boyfriend at all, try it without family support, try it without having a ton of money so you can't go out to bars and night clubs. Try it without being able to afford a babysitter. (Hopping down from my soap box) I know her world can't be easy, and I'm positive it is one I could never deal with, but she doesn't know what the word "hard" means until she's literally on her own.

All I can say is that she needs to focus on herself first. She barely got back with her kids, now is not the time to be talking about wanting to get remarried in 5 years. Focus on herself first, then see in a few years where she is.
