Gramma visit. New hair. Grampa's party. Sunday laziness
Thursday night after work I stopped by Walmart to pick up some hair products. I bought a curling iron, heat protector spray, shampoo/conditioner, and dark brown hair dye. I dyed my hair that night because I had lots of running around to do w/ gramma the next day. It turned BLACK. And I mean I've had black hair before... but that was like 5 years ago and my hair wasn't so long or thick back then. It gave me a headache just looking at it, it was too too dark and heavy looking.
Friday morning I woke up very eary and threw my dark ass hair into a pony tail (which I never wear) & went to pick up gramma. We went to her dr. appointment and afterwards got breakfast. Then we stopped by Walmart so she could buy grampa some movies, Petco so she could buy my little sister a cute dog carrier since she just got a new puppy, and then we went to a cafe at the mall. She transferred me enough money to get studded tires, even though I kept telling her it was alright. She was going to transfer me $1,000! But I talked her down BIG TIME. Her and my grampa are so sweet & generous I always feel so guilty when they give me money... even though I know it makes them happy. Then after we hungout at the mall I took her to the airport so she could check in to go back home. I miss her already!! Saturday I went and got highlights. They're pretty funky & I'm kind of diggin it. I was nervous when it was dry because I chose striped highlights instead of weaved highlights (which is what I normally get) but it grew on me pretty quickly. It cost $120 though! Yikes NEW KIWIBOX QUESTION: How do you post photos using html? I don't like uploading them. After I got my hair done I went to pick up Terence. By then I had a migraine because I was sitting next to some lady who was getting a perm. We drove out to my grampa Ron's (who I haven't seen in a REALLY long time) for a party him & his girlfriend were throwing because he built an airplane hanger next to his house. We had to leave barely after arriving because I was starting to feel sick and my migraine was getting worst. I felt really bad telling him I had to go... he looked sad. I still feel guilty. I might head out there next weekend just to visit. Today I made my first car payment on my car, got some steaks as a surprise for Terence since he has finals all next week. I don't plane on doing much today... I have a load of laundry in the washer and I'm watching 40 year old Virgin. I'm excited because next Saturday they're having a Law & Order SVU marathon! I'm such an SVU nerd... Hope you guys had a good weekend! Livejournal

Quick updates. Maybe goodbye? Facebook & Myspace contact.Well depending on how tomorrow goes I may or may not stay on Kiwibox. Kind of sad since I've been on and off of here for 6 years. I hope that the change isn't too horrible so I can still make my random entries. I didn't realize that the change was going to start tomorrow... I actually have a lot to talk about now and it kind of feel useless writing it all down since it may not be here tomorrow.

Good luck all! I guess I'll fill you guys in before you all leave... 1. Terence's dad came over a few nights ago basically to tell him not to contact him anymore and that every time he looks at him or Terence's sister he feel hatred and gets depressed, and that it's not Terence's fault and he loves them. Then left. Needless to say, Terence is still really upset over it and I lost a lot of respect for his dad. 2. My car settlement worked out even though I was stressing about it all last week. My loan is closed as of yesterday and I am buying a 2008 VW Jetta SE with heated leather seats and a sunroof! I'm excited! Plus it's certifed so I'll have a warranty on it for pretty much the entire time I own the car!!! Certified vehicles are definitely the way to go. I should hopefully be buying the car next week. It's not ready yet. 3. My grandparents are coming into town on the 3rd-8th. I'm REALLY excited to see them since I didn't get to go to Nome this year! 4. I've been thinking about someone a lot lately. No coffee.... fuck. I saw that and decided to make an entry today. I went to work yesterday. It was nice to get out of the house. Terence's sister is in town and she called him Wednesday night asking to stay at our place because her and their dad got into an argument about the same ol' shit they always argue about. So she stayed on the couch & stayed at our place all day. Which overall didn't bother me... until today when I made coffee only to realize all of my milk is gone. No coffee. No cereal. No car to get milk. So I'm pretty pissed off. My mom should be picking me up in a few hours or so... we're going to Progressive to hopefully negotiate a higher settlement payout for my car. I found a few cars on craigslist. I wanted to hopefully buy one from my old dealership, but they don't have anything in stock that's not disgusting in my price range. Day after accident. Thanks for the comments about the accident. Today I called in and told work that I can't make it in because I can hardly move I'm so sore. She understood, of course, but that doesn't make me feel any less guilty. Yesterday was going to be my day back from my 10 DAY LONG vacation! And now I've had to take extra days off! So not only am I loosing money with this whole car situation but also I have to take out more leave. It fucking sucks all around. Terence was going to have me practice driving his Dodge Neon last night, since I'm no good a manuals. I got hardly down the road and I had to get out of it. All of the bouncing you do when you don't let off the clutch right was starting to give me a panic attack. Advice: Don't try to learn how to drive a manual only a few hours after a car accident. Anyway - so I guess it's a good thing I can't go to work. Today is my mom's birthday, she's 39 and in town for me. She can come over and watch TV with me while I'm all drugged up on pain relievers. So after revisiting my accident in my mind over and over... I'm starting to question whether or not his headlights were on. I don't remember seeing them at all... just his truck. I guess it doesn't matter since even if they weren't there's no way to prove it. Everyone wants me to fight the citation but doubt it'll get us anywhere and will just waste time. I can't afford to take any more leave off for court. The insurance company is going to examine my car today. Hopefully confirming that it's totaled and giving me the money for it. I need a new car asap. I commute and Terence and my schedule are too different to be able to share one car this year. And quite frankly I don't feel comfortable commuting as far as I do (especially in the winter) in a Dodge Neon. I mean the car is fine for him just going to and from the University... but I don't want to risk getting hit by a vehicle on the icy highway in that. I miss my car. Yesterday I looked out my back window for some reason and almost started bitching to Terence how someone already parked in my spot and my car hasn't been totaled for 4 hours! ...Until I realized that it was his car parked there lol. Anyway so I've been looking online for vehicles. The only vehicle I like is a regular cab Dodge Ram, but that's definitely no vehicle for commuting and especially insuring. My mom and I stopped by the dealership I worked at to see what inventory they had. I checked out the 2010 Jettas which are pretty awesome. They have a touch screen radio and heated seats which come standard. I can't afford one of those right now but I just wanted to throw it out there in case anyone is looking for a new car.
