Still slacking here on my end. I need to try to update a little more. Pic entry. Just a few, and they are the most recent! I am to lazy to resize!
Tanner

Our family

I am terrible at keeping up with this. I have just been so busy lately that it really is the last thing on my mind.
Tanner is doing amazing. He just got his report card again and I see a huge improvement. I am super excited and really can't wait for this year to be over with. He just recently got a Wii so he has been playing a lot of to hard for him games. He gets an hour a night and a little longer on weekends. He is usually pretty good about turning it off when it is time!
Maddie is 4 months old now. She is my little princess. She weights 15 pounds and is my chubby butt! She is teething and I really hope one pops through soon!
I am doing great. Just started working at a bakery that my friends own. It's been rough, since most days I have to be there at 5 am, but I am getting used to it and I really needed to get out of the house anyway. Being coped up all the time wasn't good for me. I also am in my last week of my first semester at University of Phoenix online. It went by really fast!
Jay and I are doing amazing and probably have never been happier! Tons of love in our house!
Hopefully I can keep up with this a little better. I will post pics tomorrow. Right now I have to get Tanner around for school and get Jay and Maddie up!

and vote a 10 for my daughter. It is a local radio station and I really want her to win!
I figured it was time to make an entry. I have been so busy trying to get used to being a mother of a newborn again. I guess I got used to sleeping through the night, not having to get up ten times a night for feedings and changings and not feeling like I am dragging my ass all the time.. LOL!!
Here is Maddie's birth story. It is pretty boring since I had a c-section!
We had to be at the hostpital at 10 a.m. on Thursday, November 6th. We got there and they hooked me up to the heart monitor and an iv. I laid around in bed for 2 hours. At 12 they came in with my antibiotic and told me that the doctor should be there soon. At 12:15 he came in and told me it was time to do it! He walked me back to the OR and they had Jay sit in the waiting room until I had my spinal and was all preped for surgery. The c-section was started by 12:25. Maddie arrived at 12:39. She had a bowel movement so they showed her to me really quick and took her to clean her up. They doctor did my tubal and started to close me up. The nurses called from the nursery to give me her stats. I was shocked when they told me she weighed 9 pounds and 2 ounces. I didn't think she would be that big! They brought her to me as soon as I went to recovery. It was amamzing to see her for the first time and hold her and know that Jay and I created this perfect child.
Tanner came to see her after soon. He was so excited to hold her. He is a great big brother and is really taking it well. He loves to help with her diaper changings and her feedings.
We had a rough start with her formula. She was on the Nestle Good Start and did really good at first but then became conspipated and constatly had a belly ache. I took her to the doctors after 5 days and they put her on soy. She is much better!!
I guess that is it for now. I will update with pics soon!
Thanks Nicole for updating! I am so glad she is here and I feel great. I am recovering well from my csection. I am truly glad that she is my last baby! I hate pain! LOL!
I will update within a few days on the birth story and with pics. I am trying to just spend time with my family and bond with Maddie. If you want to see a pic you can check out her hospital page!!
