2386 so a month ago i entered the contest to be a moms panelist for walt disney world. i entered figuring nothing much of it would come of it. this afternoon, word got out that the first emails were going on regarding the next phase of things. i like every other hopeful checked my email. and by the time i left this afternoon for class i had nothing. i didnt think of it again. i mean it was the first time i had applied i was just happy to hear that i applied and would be in consideration. on the same lines as the congratulations, they were also sending out we are sorry emails. i get home this evening after a long day of work and class. and a friend of mine who also applied, said that she had gotten the official thanks but no thanks. so i checked once more. just to see one more time. and.... wooo wait a minute. what is this...an email from moms panel. i open it up. the first thing i see is a CONGRATULATIONS. no freaking way. i read on. so it turns out, i have made it to the next round of judging. gots to go find me a nice head shot and all and cross my fingers that i make it through. i mean seriously. i never thought i would make it to round 2. and yes i realize i am really excited...and there are still a few rounds to go. but hey that was great news. along with the B on the paper in Comm.... it made my night. aleisha 2385entry 2385
october 12.2009 well happy candian thanksgiving day my friends. or columbus day to all my fellow americans. i am heading home here in a bit from my weekend down in north carolna. got up this morning and did some work while logan was still sleeping. put in a couple of hours, and all. i need to finish getting things together so this should probably be not to much longer. logan misses his daddy. and somehow over the weekend he has discovered the beginnings of waving to people. it is soooo cute. anyways we were able to talk to him via the messaging chat, it was so adorable to see little mans face lit up when he saw his daddy. i am tired. and this is a random entry. really it is. but i dont have a whole hell of a lot to say since its been a quiet, and enjoy able weekend. 2384[bgcolor=white]entry 2384
October 11.2009 so sorry about my entry yesterday. i didnt have very much of a signal so i didnt exactly see anything until just a few minutes ago. yeah that was a bomb wasnt it. so officially i dont have work off tomorrow. but metro is closed down, and i dont have a way to get to my office so i am working from home. and since i am on fall break, my class is canceled until tuesday. so yeah. thats what i am doing. it has been nice. i have done some shopping, actually coming home with a new wardrobe and three pairs of shoes....(no, the clothes aren't exactly new but they are new to me) and all. plus i got to see my sister and spend some time. so that is nice. i am also unfortunately eaten up by bugs. so my feet are really really itchy at the moment. yeah that is no fun. though spending the weekend with logan has been absolutely a joy and a half. though i think he misses his daddy to death. and thats only natural. 2383: everything alright[bgcolor=white]

october 10.2009 i wanted to thank marie for me. no nothing happened, i just was on my way down to north carolina and we ended up stopping. i am sitting here in the middle of my sisters house trying to make an entry. we will see how it works i dont have to much of a signal. so its good to be away. and after yesterday i dif needed to get away. and what exactly am i talking about? im talking about work and a few things that went on. 1. mr. romance apologized to me. and then acted all nicey nice to me. i mean i dont think he has ever been so nice to me. yeah it was dif. weird. 2. i ended up having an allergy attack at work yesterday. they are changing our vendor machines and took out the old ones so all the mold, and dust was piled up in the corners. i am deathly deathly allergic to mold. so as soon as i walked into our area i couldnt breath. it was ok if i stayed away but considering i sit right next to the kitchen. yeah not a good thing i had to walk by it every time i needed to go anywhere. my mom ended up having to come get me it was pretty bad. i cant remember the last time i had it happen like that. so yeah. now i am sitting here watching the game. lets go caps. aleisha 2382: Journal Sitter Sitting Here Warming The ComputerHi everyone...it's Marie here for Aleisha. I got a text from her asking if I would post an entry while I was sitting at the car shop waiting for new tires to be put on my car and an oil change. This is just going to be a short one. I'm tired after teaching my darling 7th graders today who were sniffling and sick (sent home four sick students today...and our team had 23 students absent.
