co-owner

1 posts Posted 17 May 2013 - 03:00 PM I am a co-owner of a car with my ex. We are both responsible for the payments of the vehicle. The title is in both of our names. However, this website we are no longertogetherand I let my ex keep full custody of the vehicle, but I would like to legally opt out of the contract. I would like to know if that is legally possible in the state of Ohio or am I fully obligated to keep payments up in the event that my ex default?
