Yesterday morning I had to be up at 5:30am so I could get to work early. I was waiting on some information from a collegue so I could finish the timetable for the new students who were due in at 8:30. Well I got to work at 7 and I had the information from my collegue but he did it wrong and I couldn't use it. I put the timetables together without it and only just finished before the students arrived.

It was only the first day i met the students and I already think they should all fail. One boy was complaining about having to be in for 8 am because that means he has to wake up at 7. Don't talk to me about waking up early after I just woke up at 5:30 to prepare for you!

I was so tired and grumpy when I came home so I took a nap, or at least tried to. Arthur didn't want me to sleep and then my MIL came to pick up the fold away bed we borrowed.

Fried Green Tomatoes was on tv last night. That is one of my favorite movies so I sat down and watched it. It irked me that in the UK it is called "Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe" Don't ask me why it pisses me off but it does. I can remember going to the movies to see it when it came out. You know what else I can remember going to the movies to see? Disney's Oliver and Company. There has been a comercial on tv for Oliver and Company recently. Apparently it is the 20 year anniversary. How scary is that? I feel so old.

After the movie I watched Step it up and Dance and Stylista. I have no idea why I am addicted to reality shows lately.

Yesterday was ok. Edward and I went into town to by my Mother in Law a Mother's Day present. We wound up buying her a reed difuser. Then we met my Mother in Law and youngest Sister in Law for lunch. We ate at a nice little bistro we like. I had gnocchi in a marscapone sauce. The sauce was delicious but the portion wasn't really big enough. They had a special Mother's Day menu and I didn't like any of the desserts so I went home still feeling a little hungry which was a bit crap.

The rest of the day was really just spent lazing around. I caught up on the most recent season of America's Next Top Model on youtube and went to bed around 9 because I was exhausted and because I needed to be so really early.
