I Rewarded Myself!
I love to share my story with you guys when I took a vacation leave last month. It was a life changing vacation for me. You can never really expect the unexpectable and everything DOES happen for a good reason. Last month, our company manager called me in his office to talk to me. He was like a second father to me since we were the first employees when the company started. I was an Accountant, and because we did the inventories and tax payments and everything last January, I suffered great stress and gone through rigorous pressure. I could no longer eat well, I couldn’t sleep continuously, and my eyebags were getting larger and every day. So, our manager decided to gave me a vacation leave good for 1 week so that I may recover my good health which was stolen by stress. After he gave me the approved Notice for Leave, he also gave me a 5,000 dollar check as a bonus. After encashing the check at the nearest bank, I went home, drink coffee and thinking of what would I do in my vacation with 5,000 dollars in my hand. Lots of things came into my mind, e.g. beaches, bar, camping, casino. Since I couldn’t decide at that moment, I just went to bed and went online. I went to a popular online shopping website and see if I can afford to buy a new gadget or a new PDA. While I was browsing, I saw an ad for a used BMW 328. It says that with only 3,000 dollar down payment, one can have the car through their car financing program. So I tried calling their office right away and they set me up for an appointment with their account manager the next day and so that I could test drive the car.
Oh man, the car was really nice especially the color was my favourite color, black, and of course the BMW logo at the front of the car also adds up beauty to the car. After test driving, I went back home to get the requirements they needed and after lunch time I went back to the dealership to give them all my secured requirements including the down payment for the car. Just by looking at the BMW is enough to take all the stress and pressures that I have suffered for months. I spend the rest of my vacation week going to bars and discos. I went back to work very lively and very fresh every day. And every weekend thereafter, me and my used BMW 328were always having a good time going to discos, bars, and even in casinos. ************************* Be a CONTRIBUTOR now! Where To Find Popular Cars?
Great posts you got there in your blog my friend. You see I'm planning to buy a car next month and I need your expert advice about the most popular cars today. Do you have any idea on what are the most popular cars today? As of now I am still using my old 2000 Toyota Corolla and I'm planning to upgrade my car and buy a new car either used or brand new. Maybe I'll just let my wife use the Toyota once I get to buy a new one. Hope you can help me out in this small problem of mine. Thanks and More Power to your blog.
Used Cars Experiences Says: Hello there my friend and thanks for passing by. Now, with regard to your problem, let me cite some points to you in buying a car "in general". First, do you know or have an idea already what kind/type of car you want? Do you want a small car or a big car that can occupy your whole family? If you want a small car, a coupe type like Honda Civic or a sedan type of car like Nissan Sentra will fit you. On the other hand if you want a big car for your family, and SUV like Volvo XC90 or a wagon type of car like Subaru Outback is probably best for you. Second, do you have the funds? I mean is your money enough to buy the car you want? Because if not, you can always opt for an auto loan financing just prepare the down payment, the utility bill, pay stub, and your driver's license. Third, have a dealership hopping and test drive all the cars that you are interested with and create a list which dealership offers you the best deal for your chosen car. Alternatively, you can visit a car listing that is affiliated with many dealerships to save you time. Like listonnet.com which currently has 155 dealerships under their listing and I think there are still more coming since they are very active and every day the number of dealerships under them is increasing maybe because they are offering a 30-day free car advertising for dealerships and it is absolutely free and no signing of contract. And lastly, negotiate the price of the car before buying it. Almost all of the dealership's car are negotiable and don't buy a car based on the sticker price. I hope the above points could somehow help you in your problem right now. If you're still a little bit confused and/or there's still something that's bothering you right now, don't hesitate to email me again or a comment to one of my post will do and I'll be happy to help you in any way I can. Thanks and God Bless. Best Driving Experience with 2005 Lotus Elise
Cheers everyone, including you Author, my name is Harold and I want to share to you my experience with regard to the 2005 Lotus Elise. I want the world to know how happy am I driving Lotus Elise. Honestly speaking, this car is every man's dream to drive to and I'm lucky that I'm one of the fortunate men who have the chance to own and drive this car.
I bought my Lotus at a nearby local dealership in our area. At first glance, I thought it was a Porsche because of its sports car-like design. And I said to myself that this car is really, really expensive. But when I went to the dealership, I was in shock when I learned the car's price is not that expensive. I don't know the reason why it's not expensive but who cares? I ask the salesman right away on some informations with regard to the car since it's a pre-owned car. When I found out that there is no major damage with the car, I asked if I could go for a test drive with the car. At first, I found it hard to get in the car because of how it was built but I knew that I would be used to it once I owned it. Of course, as I was expecting it, the car was still in great shape and performance. It could still eat some dust and rock the road. After the test drive, I made up my mind and bought the car. Everytime I drive the car, it's really a head turner and each time I parked it, people would really gather thinking that a Hollywood star owns the car. Sometimes complete strangers will come to me and ask if they can take pictures of the car. Car enthusiasts also do sometimes approached me and ask many questions about my car and they would tap my shoulders and tells me how much they liked my car. There are some points wherein I was afraid to drive my car because it's very hot to a car napper's eyes. Truly, my 2005 Lotus Elise gives me a true driving experience and I feel like I am a Hollywood Star (just kidding on this part). ************************* Be a CONTRIBUTOR now! Take as much time as possible to plan and figure out the whole cost for buying a used car. Meaning not just the cost of the car alone but also including the insurance, tax, and registration, if possible. Choose carefully on what type of car you really want. If you're not familiar with different car types, you can search it over the net. Some examples of car types are: Convertible, Coupe, Hatchback, Sedan, Sports car, SUV, Trucks, Van/Minivan, Compact, Hybrid, Wagon, and Crossover. After you pick what car type you want, you can now proceed to the searching process. Searching for a used car of your choice is not that hard since they can be found anywhere including the internet, news papers, magazines, and in your local neighbourhood. One of the best sources in looking for a used car is the internet. Many dealerships are having their own websites up and online and some of them have an online application wherein you can leave your contact numbers and just a few hours they will call you back. If you found the specific car that you really want, gather informations thru the net or by asking some friends as to that is the current value for that car. You'll have a bigger edge in negotiating and lowering the price for the car if you already know its current value. Tip: If you pay the car in upfront cash, the price of the car might be lowered. After you and the dealership personnel agreed to a price; test drive the car first to ensure that it's still in top notch performance. If possible, bring a mechanic with you to check the parts of the car. And make sure that there is a warranty stated in the contract of the car. ************************* Be a CONTRIBUTOR now! Have you heard the saying "Don't Judge the book by its cover"? It's a very old saying that is still very much applicable today. You really can never tell who or what a person/thing is by judging based on looks or how it's looks appeals to you. Don't get blinded by shining things 'coz sometimes it shines just to cover its bad parts/areas. This is also applicable in buying a car. When you come to a dealership, it's really expected to see some hot shiny newly-painted cars displayed in their showroom.
Don't be fooled with those shiny cars because dealerships always maintain it as to look like new. Always check the performance 'coz you could always have it repainted the moment you bought it and can assure for yourself that its condition is perfect. Why buy a very expensive brand new car if you can buy the same car but half its price. Nowadays, with the global crisis we are facing right now, we should all learn to be in practical. Meaning, don't buy unnecessary things or things that you won't need. Don't buy a car if your office and/or the supermarket or malls is just a minute walk from your house. Don't force yourself to buy a Porsche or a Lamborghini if you can't afford it. You won't die if you can't buy those branded luxury cars. You could always buy an equal nicer car but at a cheap price. Like the 2006 Volkswagen New Beetle, it's not as much as expensive compared to a Porsche or Lamborghini but still it will rock someone's world to have this cute little beetle. Alternatively, you can always have a car online shopping on the internet but after you've chose the right car for you, set-up an appointment to test drive the car. So, always remember that judging based on the mere faces/looks of the car is really a bad move in buying a car. Always go with the performance and functionalities of the car rather on how shiny or brand-new looking it is. ************************* Be a CONTRIBUTOR now!
