What do you see when you imagine the "picture of health"? Do you see somebody who's put up in a bed, in the 80s, who can't fend for themselves? If you fill 80% of your daily diet with these foods you will be the image of health and fitness. The blend of both of these lifestyle changes will put you on the road to being that 80-year-old performing your own yard work; you're going to be the elder person which everybody is either envious of or dreams to be.
