Three parts:

This workout for vacation encompasses three parts. Each part has different types of exercises.

First part:

The first part of your short workout session in a hotel away from your home on vacation includes the following. In the first part, focus on the upper part of your body:

  1. Pushup
  2. Seagull
  3. High five
  4. Plank-up
  5. Single-leg squat
  6. Rotating toe touch
  7. Torque lungs

All three parts include the same 7 exercises. In the second part, you should pay attention to the lower part. In the third part, you should focus on your overall body. You can do one after the other by allocating just 30 seconds for each one of them. This means that it will take just three and half minutes for each part. You can complete all three parts less than 11 minutes.
