The demo class was part of the inaugural aFitness on the Squarea event, hosted by Racineas Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department and Headlight Fitness. Fitness Fair on the Square RACINE One woman stood on Monument Square in the sun Saturday afternoon, waiting to try out a new fitness class already popular in other parts of the country. Soon, she was joined by five other women as two instructors led the group on a public demo of a Bokwa class, set to up-tempo, beat-pounding musicduring the first FitnessFair on the SquareSaturday. I think its pretty easy, said Elizabeth Holland, 31, of Chicago. In the beginning, you dont even have to have the moves right as long as youre moving and have the right attitude. Holland, who works in insurance marketing, added its beautiful outside and she enjoys working out in such anenvironment. This is all good stuff.We do a lot of this in Chicago, she said.
