While I might be a little learn more embarrassed that I'm still lifting the baby weight or that I can't press any more than 30 pounds while sitting at a cross trainer, I have to be fair in my self-ridicule. A month ago I was best site only doing one round of 15 repetitions at any given exercise and then moaning when I moved the next morning. I'm at least up to two repetitions and with some of the weights, twice that. After three weeks of avoiding the Roman chair, I finally added it in the routine, but only when no one is around.
