The Paleo Diet was something I kind of tripped over while bouncing around websites one day. If I remember correctly, I was not specifically looking for ways to lose weight, although I could afford to do so, but I had started a search on celiac's disease because in my line of work the phrase "gluten free" has been popping up with increasing frequency over the last couple of years. So there I was, doing my search, which eventually led to a page on the Paleo Diet.

The main reason to follow this cookbook is that it is always safe to follow a paleo diet. The http://paleoexperiences.com is based on what our prehistoric human ancestors consumed. During the paleolithic age, our ancestors used to eat the food from nature. They didn't suffer from diabetes, obesity, heart diseases, cancer, auto-immune system and other chronic disorders. Their natural way of living made them healthy, fit and strong. It is interesting to know that the mortality rates were very low in places like Japan and Mediterranean compared to other places. This is because their dietary habits were paleolithic.

I know what an absolutely nightmare weight loss can be. Weird exercises, diets, diet pills --- You name it, I've probably done it. The #1 thought in my head was "I want to be thin". I wasted untold amounts of time and money on weight loss products and services that just wouldn't work. I'll tell you bluntly right now: most of the things available for use just isn't suitable enough to be called a solution.
