Many new mothers or second-time mothers often complain they don’t have time to lose the weight or maybe their deprivation of not having enough sleep really keeps them from doing as much as they should be able to do. There are so many obstacles new mothers face.

Because I am here to tell you, you can lose the weight just by sitting your baby in their stroller and doing a few simple exercises.

Trust me I know how it feels to feel that way like you will never get ahead with your wellness or fitness but I found this workout and it has helped me. 

 

This stroller-based workout is such an amazing exercise, wherever you are, as long as you have your stroller you will be perfectly content in knowing this is so simple and easily to be done. So today you decide to take your child to the park while you are pushing them in the stroller why not walk at a brisk, swift pace for roughly five minutes, after you do this you should do a few stretches, in your upper body region. Following the stretches grab your best strollers and take off with a run!! When you are pushing a stroller you need to take note that you should always have shoulders dropped down and back while you have your chest pressed outward. Make sure you are holding in your abs and have arms slightly in a bent formation. (Not the whole walk or run, you break these into segments between your running and walking sprints while pushing and maneuvering the stroller.) You want to try and reach 3 sets of these while you repeat each of these sets 15 times.

 

As you are walking behind your stroller work in a few lunges, make sure you keep your hand's space shoulder width apart on your handles and that the placement stays that way. As you lunge forward with your first leg, push the stroller forward, Making sure you keep your knee in line with your ankle and you thigh parallel.Stand up and repeat with the other side.

 

 

Squats are another good workout for mothers to do while pushing their baby in their stroller. This simple workout will have you stand right behind your stroller while you place your hands along the handlebars ensuring they are even with your shoulder. Make sure knees and feet stay forward more, squat as deeply down as you can like you were getting ready to actually take a seat on a chair or a bench, however, make sure you do not shift weight anywhere else but your knees and heels. (Make sure you aren't placing weight on the stroller and just thinking you have the weight elsewhere because you could potentially tip your stroller. Make sure you are squeezing your bottom together as you are squatting down, then come to a standing position again. 

 

 

Any mother that feels limited to her abilities to be more active all you have to do is this simple workout with your child's stroller and it is easily done. You can have your child with you and not have to worry about finding a sitter.
