Stinking feet: What are the causes and how can I prevent it?

Everyone loves beauty which is possible with neat and clean body and glowing skin which attracts others toward them. As first new impression is with first looks, later you notice about personality, character and other things, but no doubt looks matters a lot. Suddenly when a beautiful woman enters, everyone notice her and love to look at her which is just because of her attractive and glamorous looks which caters others towards her.


We have to take care of all our body parts that may include hands, face, neck, ear, hair, legs and specially our feet. The feet are an important part of your beauty which plays an important role in your whole personality as well. Just after the face mostly people look at your feet and if you have dirty or stinking feet, than it may ruin your whole personality and give very bad image on the other person.


There are different causes for stinking feet because naturally there are many sweat glands on our feet which keep them soft and moist but sometimes due to excess of warm temperature of your feet may cause sweating which causes smell and stink inside your shoe. This is very unhygienic also harmful for your health and skin.

It may be due to continuous use of same shoes every day or wearing socks of some polyester or woolen materials may also cause sweating. Sometimes due to some severe hormonal changes many people suffer more sweating in their hands and feet which may causes same stinking. 

We must take some remedies to overcome this problem that further disturbs our health and skin. As feet are most important part of our body and we must keep them nest and clean, so below given are some ways for keeping your feet clean.

-The first most important way is to keep your feet clean and hygienic, always wash your feet properly every day especially between your fingers and toes.

-Wear clean socks every day and try to wear cotton socks that may not cause sweating rather than wearing nylon socks that provide much warmth and cause sweating.

-Always dry your feet with towel after bathing.

-Use foot filler for removing dead cells from your feet and other dirty particles which may further lead to bacteria.

-Use medicated soles inside your shoes which have deodorizing effect and may not create smell in your shoes.

-Especially in summers, try to wear open shoes that can pass air inside and may not create much sweating.

-Cut your foot nails regularly and also file them with nail filler.

-Dip your feet in warm water, which may also give you release and clean your feet as well.

-Use antibacterial foot scrub which may remove dirty dead skin layer from your feet.
