Drinking milk helps to block your body from absorbing calories, so drinking milk is a good thing to do to help you lose weight.

Invite a friend to join you on your weight loss journey, having someone to work with makes the process easier. You won't feel alone, you can support each other.
As you lose weight, get rid of clothes that are too big for you. Holding on to them is like telling yourself you think you will fail and gain back the weight.
Move more, if you can walk instead of drive, do it. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Anything that you can do to get your body moving is good.
