This weekend I was driving around with some freinds in Spencer and I decided we should go buy me a fish at the pet store. I bought one of those big goldfish, a fishtank and some fancy, decorative rocks. We got back in the car to get my new fish settled in at my house. My friend asked if she could hold my fish and I said it was okay, next thing I know, she pours half of her Gatorade in the tank. I start freaking out, thinking my fish is going to die. I made my friend driving the car go over the speed limit, racing me back home. My poor goldfish did live to tell the story. Now he is sitting happily on my make-up table. He was on my nightstand, but I went to hit snooze on my alarm this morning, but I accidntly stuck my hand in the fishrank instead. My fish has had an abusive childhood. I am a bad owner.  At least the fish didn't get eaten by our dogs like my bunnies. Man, I have bad luck with pets.
